Official Giveaway Rules: Rocky Mountain Motor Cars 55" Smart TV Monthly Giveaway


1. Eligibility:

The Rocky Mountain Motor Cars 55" Smart TV Monthly Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all legal residents of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Rocky Mountain Motor Cars and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway will run on a monthly basis, with each month's entry period beginning on the first day of the month and ending on the last day of that month (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible for that month's drawing but will be included in subsequent monthly drawings, if any.

3. How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the official entry form available at the Rocky Mountain Motor Cars dealership or through the dealership's official website during the Entry Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway.

4. Prize:

Each month, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during that month's Entry Period. The prize for the Giveaway is a 55" Smart TV. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

5. Winner Selection:

The prize winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days following the end of the Entry Period. The winner will be contacted by phone using the contact information provided in their entry form. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days after the initial contact attempt, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize Collection:

The prize winner must personally visit the Rocky Mountain Motor Cars dealership to claim their prize. The winner will be required to present valid identification and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the winner fails to collect the prize within thirty (30) days of being notified, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:

By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Rocky Mountain Motor Cars to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without any additional compensation.

8. Privacy:

All personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law.

9. General Conditions:

Rocky Mountain Motor Cars reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Official Giveaway Rules. Rocky Mountain Motor Cars also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to technical errors, fraud, or any other unforeseen circumstance that may affect the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

10. Release of Liability:

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Rocky Mountain Motor Cars, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

11. Governing Law:

The Giveaway and these Official Giveaway Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict of law principles.
